Capabilities
One returnable system, fabricated to your part.
Everything we make starts from solid-wall high-density polyethylene and ends as a carrier engineered for a specific part and a specific lane. No molds, no cutting dies, no tooling bill — which is why custom and lower-volume programs are economical to start and easy to revise.

Interlocking cell partitions
Our core product. Interlocking solid-wall partitions assemble into a stable cell matrix that keeps each part separated and protected in transit and on the line. Walls are cut and slotted to suit the part, including contoured profiles and notches where a part needs to nest a particular way.
| Material | Solid-wall HDPE |
|---|---|
| Wall thickness | 1/8" · 3/16" · 1/4" |
| Standard color | Black |
| Assembly | Interlocking slot |
Best for Machined components, fasteners, fabricated assemblies

Part cradles & nests
When a part has to be presented a specific way — for an operator, a robot cell, or a paint hook — a custom cradle supports it from below and locks the orientation. Cradles are designed to your part geometry and approved by CAD before anything is cut.
| Material | Solid-wall HDPE |
|---|---|
| Design | Part-specific, CAD-approved |
| Orientation | Fixed / presented |
| Use | Line-side & in-transit |
Best for Oriented presentation, awkward geometries, paint & assembly

Layer pads & tote dunnage
Layer pads separate stacked parts and add a clean, washable interface between layers. Tote dunnage drops into standard returnable totes and bins to convert them into a part-specific carrier — no rattle, no part-on-part contact.
| Material | Solid-wall HDPE |
|---|---|
| Format | Layer pad · tote insert |
| Fit | Standard tote footprints |
| Finish | Washable, reusable |
Best for Stacked parts, returnable totes & bins, line replenishment

Side-load & shock/strut solutions
Some parts will not drop in from the top, and some are too long and heavy to partition conventionally. Side-load configurations and shock/strut-style racks are engineered case by case. These are proven patterns — bring us the part and the dock constraints.
| Material | Solid-wall HDPE |
|---|---|
| Pattern | Side-load · long-part rack |
| Origin | Automotive shock/strut work |
| Engineering | Case-by-case, CAD-approved |
Best for Shocks, struts, long shafts, side-load-only parts

Have a part that doesn’t fit any of these? That’s the usual case.
The four lines above are starting points, not a catalog. Most programs are a blend — a contoured partition with an integrated cradle, a tote insert with a side-load gate, a layer pad with locating features. Send the part and the dock constraints; we design to it and approve the CAD with you before anything is cut.
The process
Four steps from drawing to dock.
- 01
Send the part & the lane
Share the part (drawing, sample, or photos) and the shipping lane — where it goes, how often, and how it is handled at each end.
- 02
We design to CAD
We design the partition, cradle, or rack to your geometry and send CAD for sign-off before a single sheet is cut. No tooling commitment.
- 03
Fabricate in North America
Approved designs are fabricated from solid-wall HDPE on a freight-advantaged North-American footprint and shipped to your dock.
- 04
Run it for years
The packaging cycles back and forth, washes clean, and keeps working. We support revisions as your parts and volumes change.
Start a program
Tell us the part. We'll design the carrier.
Share a drawing, a sample, or a few photos and your shipping lane. If returnable packaging is the right call, we will design it to your part and approve the CAD before anything is cut. If it is not, we will say so.
