Duraloc has been designing and fabricating solid-wall HDPE returnable packaging since 1988. We are not a catalog reseller and we are not an overseas mold shop. We are a North-American manufacturer that takes a part and a problem and turns out durable, reusable dunnage built to come back — for years.
Built on a simple, stubborn idea.
Most packaging is designed to be thrown away. For parts that travel the same route thousands of times, that is a quietly enormous waste — of money, of material, and of the parts that arrive damaged because flimsy dunnage could not protect them.
Our answer has not changed since 1988: build the carrier out of solid-wall high-density polyethylene, design it to the exact part, and make it good enough to cycle for years. No hollow flutes to crush or trap moisture. No molds or cutting dies to pay for. Just a rigid, washable, rust-free container engineered for one job and built to repeat it.
It is not the right answer for every part — and we will tell you when it is not. But for the bulky, repetitive, metal-part lanes that define modern manufacturing, it is hard to beat on total cost. That is the work we have done for decades, and the work we are proud to keep doing.

A lot of the best returnable programs reach the end customer through a packaging distributor or supplier who knows that plant, that buyer, and that lane far better than any manufacturer could. We are built to support those relationships, not replace them.
For partners, that means a dependable North-American fabrication source, honest lead times, design support on tricky parts, and a product whose durability makes you look good every time it shows up clean and intact. We stay in our lane — fabricating excellent packaging — so you can stay in yours.
